South Korea is made up of nine provinces. Each province is different and unique with their own dialect, cuisine, and scenery. Seoul
Seoul is the capital of Korea with over 600 years of history. It is the heart of Korean culture and education as well as politics and economics. Seoul is unique in that historical sites, such as Gyeongbokgung Palace and modern cultural facilities, coexist in harmony. Seoul is a world-class city with numerous amenities and shopping districts such as Myeongdong and Apgujeong.


Incheon
Incheon is a major port city in Korea and is home to Incheon International Airport . Incheon is adjacent to the West Sea , which is dotted with numerous islands and islets that serve as marine tourist attractions. It lies in a strategic location for trade and cultural exchange with sea route connecting Korea to the rest of the world, and especially to nearby China cities.


Daegu
Daegu is one of the largest cities in Korea and it is in a basin surrounded by mountains. The major tourist attractions include Mt. Biseulsan Provincial Park and Mt. Palgongsan Provincial Park . In Mt. Biseulsan Park there is a plain four kilometers in diameter where the blossom of the azalea and purple eulalia offer exquisite scenery in the spring and fall.


Busan
Pusan is the second largest city in Korea . As a major port city, there is a myriad of sea routes to Japan and to the rest of the world. Pusan also boasts scenic views of nature with Nakdonggang River bordering the ocean at the south. Its landscape includes a coastline of fine beaches, scenic islets and tall mountains. The Pusan International Film Festival (PEFF) is held annually and attracts movie enthusiasts from around the world.


Jeju-do
Jeju-do is the premier tourist destination in Korea because of the stunning natural scenery and superior tourist amenities. Scenic beaches, waterfalls, cliffs and caves along with the mild weather make Jeju-do an ideal tourist destination. Mt.Hallasan, located in the center of the island has flora and fauna of both temperate and tropical varieties coexisting together on the mountain. Sokcho
Sokcho is famous as the main entry point to Soerak-san National Park and includes the area knows as 'Outer-Seorak.' Sokcho also held the 1999 Gangwon International Tourism Expo.
